Quakes difficulty is obviously not the issue, given that everyone has an instant kill button they can press every 30-45 seconds and yet the game is still unpopular with a constantly plumetting playerbase. The argument that "Quake is too hard" is one I find to be completely untrue. Playing this game is like being given your favorite meal in your favorite restaurant, but the waiter sprinkles feces all over it.Īn alternative to implementing a "no ability" queue in the free version, is to release another downloadable version of the game that is identical, but with no abilities. This is not required to make the game more popular. They change the game from being incredibly fun and rewarding, to being a skill-less cess pool of dissapointment, always leaving me with the same bitter taste after a match, thinking "If only there was no abilities" Quake Champions can be a fun game, however only when no one in the match uses their abilities.Ībilities in Quake Champions require zero skill to use, and only serve to make people with no skill feel better about themselves. There needs to be a way to queue up for classic quake matches with no abilities in the free version of the game. I am uninstalling Quake Champions, so here is my rant. ![]()
